Thanksgiving Holiday Update - Management Office Closed 11/27 - 11/28

As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, this message serves as a reminder that Thursday, November 27th, and Friday, November 28th are recognized holidays at LUMEN WEST LA. During this time, Property Management staff will be off, and the Campus Center will be closed.

Please note the following service impacts for November 27th and 28th:

  • Engineering and Janitorial services (day porters and evening janitorial) will not be provided. Services will resume on Monday, December 1st.

  • The Fitness Center and Parking structure will remain accessible; however, fitness and parking personnel will have the days off.

  • Security will remain on-site 24/7.

  • HVAC and other building services will not be available on either day.

If you require above-standard building services, please submit your request by Tuesday, November 25th.
