Parking Procedures at LUMEN

To Our Valued Members at Lumen West LA

In order to maintain smooth operations and ensure equitable access to parking facilities, we kindly ask all members to follow the parking procedures outlined below:

License Plate Registration

• If your license plate is not registered in the parking system (for example, if you purchased a new vehicle or are renting a car), please reach out to parking@lumenwestla.com with the updated vehicle information.  Kindly provide 24 hours' notice in advance of entry.  

• Should you attempt to enter the parking structure with a vehicle whose license plates are not in the system, please enter through Valet (Located on Purdue) or the Corinth Entrance.

• Upon entry, obtain a ticket and proceed to valet to provide the attendant with your new vehicle information.  

• Do not attempt to enter through the Monthly Entrance, as the gate will not open and this will delay others from entering.

EV Charging Stalls

• EV charging stalls are reserved exclusively for electric vehicles (EVs) that are actively charging.

• Non-EV vehicles are not permitted to park in EV charging stalls under any circumstances.

• Once your EV has completed charging, please move your vehicle promptly so others may utilize the charging station.
